Firefox works but IE11 doesn't?
Try compatibility mode or force IE to use a lower version (press F12, look at the screen symbol in the lower right corner).

Having exactly the same issue. Is there any solution?
From what I remember, I had to resort to using the passthrough/vlan tunneling mode.
So basically I haven't configured a shared uplink set but rather used the uplinks directly, defined a ethernet network and enabled vlan tunneling mode.
Yes, Firefox works fine, IE11 does not.
I have added the IP address into the Change Compatibility View Settings, and had to specifically check "Use Microsoft compatibility list" and IE 11 allows for the use of that IP address. Hate to think that I'd have to add every primary and secondary VC address to the list, (VCEM wants to connect by IP and VC failover on connect goes to the IP address).
It's a starting point! Thanks

Is there any reason to stay with this old firmware version?
For us, yes. Based on the module of blades we are using and also compatibilites with some versions of ESX.
Hi,
Our flex 10 fabric is giving following error :
The active Virtual Connect Manager is not at this IP address currently.
We will continue to check every 30 seconds. If you expect the active Virtual Connect Manager at this IP address, please wait
I was trying to upgrade firmware but that process was not moving at all for an hour or so, so I aborted it from client side. Now we are stuck.
I have already tried VSCU resetvcm and also have removed / insterted OA blades and sleeve. Only option now it seem is to remove primary switch and put it back, but I am afraid it would affect my production network. Is there any way to regain control?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks, but without using Shared Uplink Set i'm limited by 10G. Uplink Set gives me LAG of several 10G ports together.
> Is VC-Enet still required now that we have OneView?
Hmm, I thought those are conflicting management platforms.
Has anyone setup a failover in active/active mode in Virtual connect with Flex Fiber as the primary using HPE Virtual Connect FlexFabric 10Gb/24-Port Module and gbe2c ethernet switches?
I have read a few articles but would like to gain knowledge from experiences with this particular setup. thanks!
Try to install Custom HPE ISO for vSphere 6.5, which includes all hardware drivers and agents.
I've tried the same setup as you but with vSphere 6.0 and had no problems at all.
Good Luck
Hello,
I have SUS with 4 uplink ports. These 4 ports are connected to two DT switches (2 ports per switch). All four of them belong to a DT Trunk (dt-lacp). SUS Connection mode is Auto. I expect that all four uplink ports from this SUS be Connected-Active.
The problem is, VC declares two uplink ports (connected to SW1) as Connected-Active, and the other two ports (connected to SW2) as Connected-Standby. This is giving me quite a headache, because DT switches are apparently not aware that these two links are "standby" and are trying to send some of the packets (when load ballancing algorithm decides so) thru them. Naturally, these packets are lost.
Can anyone help me understand why does VC choose to put these ports in the Standby mode, even though they are a part of the same distributed trunk (dt-lacp) on the DT switches as the other to, Active ports?
Thanks!
Hello, from the user guide:
"Linked-Standby—The VC port is physically connected to a switch. Networks associated with the port are not assigned to a profile or the port is not selected to actively transmit traffic."
The blue text is what's confusing to me.
Is it really possible than no one in the world, ever, faced similar issue? Maybe my problem description is not good enough?
Good afternoon.
I have a P6300.
Displays the message:

Tell me please, how can I fix this?
Hello Everyone !
I am looking for a small explanataion as to how data would flow from one VM to another.
In this example, lets say I have -
1. Two ESX Servers with one VM each ( VM1 and VM2 )
2. Both the ESX servers are conencted to Flex10 modules.
3. Flex10 are inturn conencted to core switches, and Flex 10 are connected to each other as well with stacking.
4. Both VM are on the same network/same VLAN.
I am attaching a sample diagram as well.
Now, my question is, if data needs to travel between VM1 to VM2, which flow would it take ? Will it be -
VM1 > ESX1 > FlexA > FlexB > ESX2 > VM2
OR
VM1 > ESX1 > FlexA > Core Switch1 > Flex B > ESX2 > VM2
Will tunnel mode on VC or SUS make a difference to traffic flow ?
Hello All,
I started my new job in a company, they have c3000 enclosures and recently they bought Felx10/10D VC modules and Cisco Nexus 5548, it seems C3000 enclosure does not support FCoE, am I right? and if yes what can I do? they alrready bought 6 modules
Hey.
I probably have a serious problem.
I included this EVA P6300 for the first time.
No documentation for the surviving.
I do not have a license file.
But there is a sticker with BBH.
The situation is very similar to here
Https://community.hpe.com/t5/Storage-Area-Networks-SAN/Missing-WWN-on-new-EVA/td-p/4565451
and here
Https://community.hpe.com/t5/Storage-Area-Networks-SAN/HP-Command-View-9-1-CV-General-license/td-p/4729388
Links in this topic are not working.
Tell me please, where can I apply to restore the license for EVA P6300.
Any help, I really appreciat it
